After years of using our "new home toilet" , we started noticing defects on our toilet flushing system. It was clear to us that water leaking from the side of the cistern and each time when we tried to flush, the water seem weak and it hardly flushes down the waste. We had to purposely use an addition pail of water to manually pour the water to clear any remaining waste. Our toilet bowl design was a built into a partition wall which meant that it would not be easy to access the cistern should any fault occur. Having had enough of the manual pouring of water into the toilet bowl, we decide it time to seek professional help from a reliable plumber . Our first intend was to ask family and friends if they had recommendations of plumbers that could assist us. Our Journey to looking for a plumber It was a another weekday evening where we were home after a day's work. As per usual, it was shower and dinner before heading to our favourite couch to watch some TV. While taking a show, probably with too much forced used on the tape, the water doesn't seem like it could be turned off. Looking a the running water, the first thought that came to my mind was to get immediate help. After shower, i went outside of my house to turn off the main water switch to avoid further waste of water before heading in to look for the next nearest valve that connects to the tape to turn it off.
